Jimmy John's - Solon

I am excited to share my experience at this restaurant. It was just two of us waiting for our meal. The sandwich we ordered was great overall, but I was disappointed that no one asked if I wanted to add any extras. The server did come back to check on us, but not to ask about our previous experiences.

Every visit to this location has been outstanding. The staff is understanding, personable, skilled, and kind. I have never had such consistently excellent service at any other restaurant.

The food great but the employees need to drop the attitudes, especially the tall white dude that’s always working.Won’t be going back!
