Had a charity event and somehow they do both know how to use their own av system. 45 minutes trying to play a video and our event planner has no idea how to work anything

TERRIBLE SERVICE AS A WEDDING VENUE! We had 4 different wedding coordinators in the 12 months we were scheduled to get married there. Our final wedding coordinator failed to show up on the wedding day, without any prior warning. They pulled bartenders off the street to serve, and they openly admitted it to our guests.

Attended a wedding reception last week and I will say the food was phenomenal. I had the chicken and my wife got the filet mignon and both were absolutely delicious. The only downside of the venue was the acoustics. Unbelievably noisy, could really use some sound dampening panels

We recently had our wedding at Signature of Solon and it was an exceptional experience. Meghan was wonderful to work with and made sure everything happened the way we envisioned and offered excellent suggestions/ideas along the way. She was incredibly responsive and easy to ask questions. The food was fantastic and we got so many compliments on the food and the facility. Signature of Solon is a great place for a wedding that offers beautiful views, space for your guests, and truly top of the line service. We are so happy to have had our wedding here and absolutely recommend!
