The staff was extremely friendly. I ordered the BBQ pork spareribs with rice and fries, as well as grilled chicken with rice and plantains. Unfortunately, the ribs were really tough and dry, lacking the seasoning they needed, and there was no sauce on them. The manager kindly provided some BBQ and hot sauce in containers. The grilled chicken was alright, but the rice was very hard and didn't taste good at all. Overall, it felt like a waste of money since we couldn't enjoy the food. Additionally, they charge a 3% processing fee for card payments (debit or credit). On a positive note, the service was excellent.
