We always enjoyed coming to this place. However our experience Saturday night was very much different. First they seat us at the smallest round table there was in the back which was more suitable for someone having a drink not a meal and there was clearly available tables but waitress stated they had to keep them available for more than 2 people. Well they started seating couples at those tables after us. Waitress brings our drinks and we order. Sat watching QVC on the TV not a sports channel the entire time even after asking to change it to a sports channel. So we wait an hour for our food. They bring it out completely cold. We mention to them and they take it back. We wait another 20 minutes to bring it out and literally had half thrown on the sandwich and other half just laying in the basket. Just couldn't wait to leave because we were clearly being ignored. We get the bill and are told they knocked $3 off our bill for our long wait.
