Dunkin' Donuts - Somersworth

I live off of Dunkin' donuts pretty much. It's existence has got me through my whole time of being single bad dates etc. thro my ups and downs coffee is the medicine. that being said I've been to a lot a lot! of different dunkin's this particular one is way more special than the other ones. Despite bad reviews as dunkin's can be short staffed I know! That this particular 1 is the best. The loyal employees that have been there a while through short staff are excellent. a lot of new faces now and the new employees are just as spectacular. for me I'm a fan. DD isn't just a place to me I'm a groupie, any meeting I ever have has always been held at this DD. In my opinion I live close to the best Dunkin' donuts in NH IDC what other reviews say.

Not the greatest service I expected got order wrong didn't even day thankyou or have a good day just wasn't the happiest person I left

I can’t believe this place hasn’t had an overhaul on staff. I will say one young lady was amazing and clearly was frustrated with a bunch of the people this morning, I felt for her so hard. The kid in the food part was awful, moving like a snail and his attitude was horrible. Talking 15 min drive thru times then people sitting at the window waiting and I would see the employee at the window come tell him what to make he hadn’t even started it! Talking back to his team and not giving a care in the world that he was holding everything up. I even spoke up because I felt so bad for the girl trying to move things along. There were 4 guys just sitting chatting for 5 minutes. It’s AWFUL. Step up the hiring standards and training please!!! I don’t even try the drive thru if I see cars in it because I KNOW it will be at least 20 minutes. Thank you to the crew here who works hard, and I’m sorry you have to go each day with so many people that could care less about their jobs.

Had to wait over 10 minutes for a coffee at 1pm…clearly understaffed with employees that couldn’t operate the registers. I was then presented with the wrong order (alongside the person in front of me). No idea what’s going on in this store, but only Dunkin in the area that consistently provides poor customer service.

Avoid this location. Unfortunately they can’t get it together and you WILL wait 20 minutes at least for the drive through. Update : it’s gotten better sometimes
