Contribuisci feedbackAsked for 3 soft taco supremes, no tomatoes. First time it comes out, has tomatoes. Get back in line. Explain and return the tacos. Second time, more tomatoes. Ask once more for my order to be corrected. Another employee comes to the window and says, The taco supreme gets tomatoes. To which, I agree, but explain that I still do not actually want them on my taco. She asks, But, like, do you still want the sour cream? . Apparently asking for something to NOT be on your food is a bit too hard for the current staff. Would not go to this location if you are short on time or patience.
Love taco bell. friend went the other day and all the sodas were out. so today i tried calling before coming in to see if the machine was working. called the first time n its rang for 2 mins before i hung up. called again a few mins later. same deal. so i was like ok ill give them 20 mins n call back. nah bro those greenin out mfers blocked my number before answering the gawddamn phone.
Consistently “close” an hour and a half early and even though there are still people inside they can’t really be bothered to respond and just tell us “hey sorry but we’re closing early.” Like they all were just standing there doing nothing and then made the most awkward eye contact when we drove past them. Idrc about places needing to close early but they could’ve just communicated that instead of making us wait for 5 minutes to just drive off.
Chris and Moses are always delightful through the drive thru and deserve a raise for their consistently amazing customer service.
The customer service here masks up for the fact they don’t have freezes.
