Starbucks - Somerville

My daughter sung to order a bagel and coffee, they were out of bagels, but it took about 20 minutes to come with 2 coffees. okay, so maybe it was busy, understandable, but then I call to ask if she was still there (was waiting in the car with a baby) I was told that there was no small girl in the load through this description. then I asked myself to speak to a manager and was told that I had already spoken to a manager. it was only lack of curiosity that turned me off and then, to add that there was no bagels nor she waited for 20 minutes to 2 coffees. P.s manager did not seem to give that they know what I asked if a child was still in the load and that he hardly looked. by the way, she was actually in charge. I know it's not a day-care place, but humanity is still a thing, just a few I think.

I went there to get the strawberry refresher. I wanted to see what the hype was about that I saw on YouTube. The wait time at Starbucks was over 15 minutes. Definitely not a place you want to go if you trying to go in and out.This location was also packed there was only standing room. Not only that there was a lot of orders on the counter from people who have not yet to pick up their items. It was really messy and not much of a system if you was trying to get your item.Unfortunately the drink was not what I expected it to be and that was really disappointing. I could not taste the coconut milk and the lemon refresher that they use was overpowering.

Ordered a coffee on my app in advance. Was expected to wait for 15-20min.Went in to get my coffee when I have the “order is ready” notification after 20min Wait.Didn’t find mine.Asked the employee and was told to wait for more time because the barista was making my drink.Waited for another 10 min, people who ordered after I went into the store got their drinks.The employee was nice, helped me to double check my order status, but still told me to wait.I left empty handed cuz I’m in a rush.————People order online in advance for a reason. No one is expecting to wait for another half an hour to get the drink when they were told the drink was ready. I understand that it’s busy holiday season, but this place needs a better system.

Face mask required, if you don’t have one they provide you one. Big Starbucks but for some reason I didn’t feel like other Starbucks where you want to stay. I just want to eat and leave. Normal clean place, not outstanding but just normal. Food and coffee as a normal Starbucks.
