Union Square Donuts Production Kitchen

Amazingly delicious donuts Happy Easter to the awesome bakers and staff who make and package these beauties for a long journey to my home in Milton. We had a dozen of their Easter menu donuts, as well as a few of the classics, today and every donut delivered yummyness and freshness. The best part about these donuts is that they are toddler approved! I love Union Square donuts Somerville!

Nice clean place at Assembly Square with good assortment of donuts. But I think everything looked better than it tasted. Donuts had a good texture, but overly sweet and lacked flavor. The Vietnamese coffee had no coffee taste and the tropical twist had a weird overly strong tangy taste. The hazelnut crunch was ok, but after half a donut, I was grossed out.

For some reason I remember the donuts being better in the past, but that may be my own memory failing me. I want to like their donuts, but they just are not good. The flavors constantly change and the new easy to market donuts just don't taste great. The old standbys really are saturated in fry oil, too. I've convinced myself to try them again and again because I live a short walk away, but what they have to offer is not worth the cash. Unfortunately even if they were cheaper I'd say to give them a pass, so the fact that they're $5 doesn't really take away anything.

The donuts were incredible. Soooo soft fluffy and flavorful. Next time we are in this area we will be back!

We have ordered donuts here in the past and they were delicious! Unfortunately, it looks like the quality may be compromised here and there at the present time. Here is their pouched pear donut hardly with any filling inside. Very different than advertised! Very sad to see this from a shop we have loved in the past.
