Velma’s Country Skillet - Somerville

Love Velma and her crew. They're awesome folks, really friendly and will make sure that you're experience with them is one to remember. They got great hamburgers, cheeseburgers and just about anything else you want ..plate specials. And by the way their chocolate gravy and biscuit is to die for! And you get a lot of it and if you don't like chocolate gravy ,try the sausage, gravy and biscuit. They've got something for everybody! Love you all

I wish I could talk about my actual experience. Unfortunately it has been denied. I have tried and tried to call and place a to go order. The receiver was picked up at one point but no one would say anything. Not even and I 'm sorry for your wait but please hold I did get to hear all kinds of good gossip as I was waiting for the welcoming sound of a human. After about 5 minutes of this I decided to hang up and try again. You 're business is not my business after all. I have called every 5-10 minutes since and after 7 calls have yet to place an order.I am glad there is a nice place to pop in where we can grab a breakfast sandwich. I just wish I knew how the food was. Shame that the service is already so poor.
