Bossam and Jokbal. Group diners in the advantage of how to taste different dishes. These main foods taste better than the other branches.
Original place for Bossam (damped pork) and its famous sweet-fresh kimchi
Menus in English and personal were very attentive and helpful, we noticed the Korean menus fought. the bossam here is served on a small steamer plate that keeps it warm and moist while, this ensured that it was still as fresh from the kitchen. the jokbal was fantastic velvety, with the pork skin with an appealing chewing texture, and the bossam was soft, but solid enough to hold its shape. her Chefam-Kimchi was a big balance of spicy and sharp and there were some leaves in an apple sauce-like relish that was from a western palette was already a very popular pairing for pigs; a surprise, but worked well with the others. bossam here is served with salad leaves instead of Chinese leaf that I personally prefer. I would definitely recommend this place while not the cheapest bossam place in seoul, definitely my favorite due to their jokbal bossam set.
