Authentic food. Very casual. A lot of locals eat here which tells you something. Great food and great Margaritas. Highly recommend. Not high end dining just great Mexican food.

Good nachos, and tacos. If you decide to go for a burrito go all the way and get a 49 'er !

Once in a while, you go off the beaten path when you stay at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn. I crave Mexican food....so here is a place just across from the Hotbox that is Mexican. You walk in and see just a plain Jane restaurant with no real appeal. Somebody needs to give them some ideas as to how to dress the place up, but that said...the food is absolutely delicious. I would just tell you the food is great and they are right on top of their service, notwithstanding that it's one guy standing behind the cash register who is taking your order, calling it in and serving you when it comes out. The food is great.

The place is great! Totally reminds me of Mexico.
