Little Caesars Pizza - Sonoma

What can you really expect for such low prices? If you're only paying $5 for a pizza, don't anticipate traditional gourmet Italian pizza. However, if you're in the mood for a quick bite and aren't too selective, this is a great spot! I’ve never been let down personally.

I had ordered a pizza and some food previously and paid for it. I picked up my brother-in-law, but when he went to collect the order, they claimed I hadn’t paid. I had to go all the way back to the restaurant to sort it out, and they still wouldn’t give him the order without me being there. This experience was very disappointing and unacceptable.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the service! I strongly advise against choosing delivery from this restaurant. They didn't send my complete order, and when I called to address the issue, they answered my call only to hang up on me three times. The staff refused to provide their names, and when I asked if they could either send the missing items or reimburse me, they claimed there was nothing they could do. I've never felt so disrespected or poorly treated in a restaurant before. After paying for delivery and leaving a tip, I ended up having to drive to the restaurant myself to resolve the issue. When I arrived, the staff was extremely rude. I asked for their names, and they hesitated to give me the manager's information. It's one thing to make a mistake on an order, but the level of rudeness I encountered was unacceptable, especially when I remained polite throughout the situation. There was absolutely no reason for them to treat me that way.

Have order pizza twice online both times my order was not punctual, I had to wait. Either the Appx pick-up time must be adjusted accordingly or more staff is needed. I'm almost ready to use them.

Everyone that works here plays on phones, rude, not friendly, this place isn't even clean..they don't even get to you right away.. takes half an hour most times to get a pizza! Worst place ever!!! zero stars!!
