These ice cream sandwiches are to die for!!!! My husband and I loved them so much we had them for our dessert (instead of cake at our wedding! Mouette was an absolute gem to work with she was so sweet to us, even gave us a couple free ice cream bars when we arrived to pick up our order day before our wedding : The ice cream sandwiches were a huge hit with everyone our guests LOVED them! Our venue cut the sandwiches into smaller pieces so everyone could taste multiple flavours. It worked out perfectly. Incredible spot! All three of us absolutely loved our ice cream sandwiches. The little shack is super cute and also sells beautiful jewelry. The owner was lovely and told us she handmade the treats herself. Don't miss this place!

I've had some gourmet ice cream and ice cream sandwiches in my day, but these treats are an absolute must try. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this place to anyone. So many delicious flavors that you don't know what to choose. Luckily she sells a treasure box (variety taster) which will always be my go to.

Amazing ice cream sandwiches! After hiking at East Sooke Park, you need to stop here for a cold treat! I had the coconut caramel bar which was gluten and dairy free. Hands down best ice cream sandwich I've ever had.. will definitely be back!
