Apsara was a pleasant surprise. We sat at a table which was water side, so ambiance was excellent. The food was authentic Indian Fusion. A tandoor oven was used for cooking and the food was delicious. There was live entertainment, steelpan, subtley playing in the background. Overall a pleasant experience with good food.
Was not good Indian food. Service was great. Prices are very high for the taste
The Indian Fusion Cuisine was excellent. The wine selection was limited, so stick with the cocktails. The road is a nightmare to drive!!
I would not recommend this restaurant for two reasons: 1. Although this restaurant is on a beach, you have to drive up and down around a mountain on a treacherous unpaved bumpy road to get there. Even if this was a 5 star restaurant, the drive wouldn't be worth it, especially at night when you can't see where you are going. 2. We tried some Indian and grill appetizers and some main courses from the grill. Nothing was tasty, except for the pork loin. We got there at 7 30 pm and we were the only guests there. I think this place would be ok for a lunch if you are going to the beach there, as the drive wouldn't be as bad during daylight hours. But, not worth it in my opinion. It was our worst meal of our trip. You are better off going to Dasheen at Ladera Resort, Rabot at Hotel Chocolat, Saltwood and Bonte at Sugar Beach.
