As a family, we ate very well there, very good traditional local Vosges cuisine. The exterior setting is superb as are the panoramas. To discover after a short hour of walking on the GR5.
The marcaires potatoes were very good, a particular mention for the freshness and taste of the small salads. A downside for the pie, very thick but with too chopped filling which, as a result, is a little dry. One of the toilets was out of order, you had to be very patient, or use the outside toilet.
No service, there were 13 of us at the table, we had to pass plates and aperitifs. The room lacks comfort, no heating at first, the ceiling is dirty. An unclean toilet for the entire restaurant. Otherwise, on the plate side, it's good, but without excess. We would have liked some appetizer cakes. No cheese, too bad. Average dessert, Chantilly not great.
Ambiance farm inn. A clean map with the type of meal we're waiting in these places. Local cuisine, good
That was really the best we ate during our trip. great portions, good quality and very friendly service!
