Restaurante rústico, comida saborosa, ambiente minimalista.

This restaurant was recommended by a local friend Sr Antonio. It has been proposed to be a very typical fish base (Enguias e Lampreia, both a kind of Aal), and it has not disappointed us at all. The food is absolutely local, Enguias (Eel) is from something north of the place, but still relativeity close, White Wine is from the area between Miranda do Corvo and Condeixa, and everything else is from the proximity of the restaurant. The owner is called Carlos and a very friendly and accessible person. As we live nearby, this restaurant has become a standard for us and we often eat there. The price is typical of this area and appropriate. All in one place recommended for any traveler who likes to experience the local culture in the region between Montemor and Source.

Beautiful village restaurant with fresh food. Eels are special.

An appetizer of fried aal with fried grain bread, followed by an aal stew, exactly what we were looking for to enjoy this delicacies! Very delicious food, well done. A snack! To be repeated with friends or family!
