Once upon a time, on a Saturday night, there were 3 hungry people in the little town of Troon. Suddenly a menu appeared of a new to them carry out shop in Prestwick. The hungry 3 got together and they thought that everything on this menu looked so tasty, they would sample some of the wares! So they rummaged in their pockets and purses and gathered together £42, enough to tip the driver and pay fo their tasty treats. Somehow a bad fairy must have tampered with the order as a meal was missing and a disgusting looking pizza had magically appeared, which the hungry 3 never eat as they can't stand cheese,along with gallons of Irn Bru which the hungry people never drink either! So one of the now very hungry people, because the meal had taken an hour and a half to arrive, phoned the shop and requested the faulty order be uplifted and the money refunded. Alas wishes are not miracles and it was a miracle that was required because the unhelpful, rude, stubborn, nasty pixie in the shop could she be the previously mentioned bad fairy? said this simply could not be done and when further pressed slammed down the phone! So a second very hungry person phoned again and civilly asked that the order be picked up and the money returned. The pixie, because it was she again, said no and offered a curry be sent which may or may not have arrived by bedtime! When the very very hungry person refused this offer she became the horrible, obnoxious creature she had been before. This made the very very hungry person angry and unfortunately the Pixies attitude brought out the worst in him and he lowered himself to the same gutter level she was at. Once again the pixie showed her remarkable customer service skills by solving the problem by slamming the phone down again!! Meanwhile the third very very very hungry person snuck into the kitchen and sampled the food, apart from the pizza of course. He was decidedly unamused and declared it the worst food he had tasted and he actually comes from a poor village in South India!! So the moral of this sad story is don't judge a book or a menu by its glossy pictures and enticing words and promises and certainly don't assume the pixie taking your order actually understands what you are saying, because if you do you will end up as sad , hungry and penniless as the Troon 3!!! Don't take the risk, give this place a miss!!!

Last minute choice Quarter pound cheese burger meal good portion and delicious. Chicken strippers for the kids cooked fresh and absolutely delicious even the adults would eat. Friendly caring staff not a bad word give it a try. There plenty on there menu from pakora, pizza, curry's, kebabs and so on. So if you get the chance order here.

Ordered on just eat called to find out why food was late. i was greeted with hello kebab house asked why it was 10 min late they replied we are waiting on our driver i said that is unacceptable she replied just cancel the order. what kind of service is that. joke
