Every time I go to this Jack in the Box they have the worst Customer Service. Also a week ago I went order food for my coworkers my self I was missing fries plus the curly fries I did get were cold tasted old., then last week on Saturday I went to the drive thru brought daylight in a rush on my lunch break I'm waiting to order they tell me thru the intercom there close they don't even have a cone or a sign. I'm sure sales must be horrible. I am NOT a returning customer after several inconveniences!!
Does not follow service schedule. We arrived to the location around 7:30 for an event, tried to get some food before meeting our friends and location was already closed
It always amazes me how from one restaurant that's a franchise to another . It can literally be like night and day I could love the del Taco in Pasadena and absolutely completely avoid the one in Azusa it's actually the opposite but it's just an example. This location is the Jack in the box that I enjoy coming to you I believe that their quality of food just tastes better than a lot of the other Jack in the boxes I go to and that's true I was little upset because it was no shakes but hey life's not perfect but this Jack in the box is close to it.
Jalapeno poppers were hard cold. Asked for refund Cashier was snobby and rude. Fries are always cold at drive
