Hours posted are not in line with the actual time they open , terrible way to run a business.
The bread they sell here is fresh, delicious, and very cheap! The egg tarts are an absolute delicacy. Definitely recommend!
Very good Mango Cake , picked one up for Mother's Day .
I have been coming to this place for about 3-4 years now since I moved close by. This place has reminded me of home, as well as my Mom of course, since I've gotten my mom hooked to this place. So as you can see, this place really has a place in my heart, and will continue to be until they remain open. Okay, lets get to the review of the place shall we. This place sits in a plaza, next to a market, which I believe is now a branch of the large Chinese Markets, HK. It has been changed multiple times to different owners and names, but as of now, it is HK. It a little difficult trying to see the place from the street, but it isn't hiding, and if you are already going to the market and eating at the buffet next door, why not get yourself some breakfast for tomorrow or a drink to finish off your meal. Parking can be hard sometimes because the plaza gets packed during peak eating hours (buffet) and when people normally shop for groceries (HK). Now lets get to the goods. The drinks have always been good here, and never disappoint. Early on, they had BOGO Free special on four of their drinks: Boba Milk Tea, Green Milk Tea, Thai Milk Tea, and Honey Green Tea. This is initially how I got hooked to this place because it was so good and affordable. That promotion is now a BOGO 50% on these same drinks, which is still quite cheap. They have a large variety of drinks, with an option for a drink to be hot for extra. Their bakery options are all delicious. My mom's favorite is their Taro Pork Sung Bun, which she always has to get for her breakfast the next day everytime we go here. I have tried most of their buns that contain hot dogs and can definitely vouch for that. At times they also have egg tart which I can also recommend as well. They also sometimes have pieces of leftover cake that they sell for $1, which my mom also loves. The shop also sells typical Taiwanese snacks, like Popcorn chicken and fries, but I have not tried this yet. *This place does accept EBT.
