Lucky Monk - South Barrington

Went the waitress disappeared and we had to someone to call her. Was trying to pay for my drink she walked away. Had to get a different server to pay for me drunk.

Great food, as always! Appreciate the gluten-free optins.

Made reservations and still had to wait 20 minutes. After ordering our food our appetizer showed up but after over an hour later still no entrees. Several other customers who were seated after we arrived received their food but ours never arrived. Waitress never checked on us. Manager offered to buy our dinner but after an hour and a half we ended up leaving without ever receiving our food. This was on Father’s Day, I will never go back.

Anna and the wait staff are excellent. Make sure to arrive early as the parking lot fills up fast.
