Brothers Grill - South Bend

The good: service was great. We had a huge group and they handled it well. The cheese curds were a very good app. Atmosphere was great with a huge bar, big open doors and outdoor seating. They have a couple pool tables and shuffle as well. The beer selection was very good as well The bad: boneless wings were dry af, basically inedible. Pretzel sticks were over cooked, tough, difficult to eat. Great location and good place to have a fun time. Dont expect a high level meal.

Service was good, there seem to be only two servers to clear tables, host and take orders. So we didn 't see our serve very often. Our drinks were left empty for a while, more then once or twice. But the two servers did their best to be everywhere and get everything done they needed to. The food wasn 't bad, just wasn 't great. The food took a while to get to us, and the hamburgers were sweet, not bad, just sweet (not expected). They have fries but only offered chips as a side for our hamburgers. Nothing stands out as great but nothing stands out as bad/gross or never order. Over all not a bad place if you have time to waste and are not hungry and want/can wait for food. GREAT (good date) date place. No one will interrupt you, you will have plenty of time to sit and talk and you will not over eat.

Casual sports bar style place with capacity for a lot of people. The area is very clean and borderline ritzy. Food took about 60 minutes to come out but service was great. They kept up with drinks a lot of options on tap) Burgers we got “the overachiever” and the “jalapeño popper” both good although I think the popper was a bit sweet. You can’t request medium rare on the burgers which was a slight bummer. Overall…worth the visit if you’re chilling with friends and not in a hurry.

Our service at the bar was great. The boneless wings were a bit overcooked but the sauce was good. We asked for blue cheese and got ranch, but an easy fix. Beer was good. Close to campus and has outdoor seating.
