Dunkin' - South Bend

This place is going downhill. A few months ago I would order and my drink would be right every time. I went yesterday and today for a coffee and they got it wrong both days. Yesterday I gave my drink back and said it was wrong and told them what I wantedand they remade it incorrectly again. Today is the same issue. The staff that was working a few months ago were amazing. The newhires are not good at all and make me not want to return.

Went in to get a pumpkin cold brew, 1) did not taste at all like pumpkin 2) teen that was running the register was slow, not friendly and did not seem to know what she was doing. I had to ask for my receipt 3 times and she seemed confused and then saidit printed by the drive through and then asked if I wanted it! I love teenagers but the only workers in there were 3 teen girlsand they seemed like they didn't care and were incompetent. I wouldn't waste my money here.

I have always delicious and fresh coffee together with directions to stay on the stretch on my trip. Thank you, ladys!

Chai tea woth coconut milk was good. However, I ordered the mini omelets and they didn't realize until after they went to cook them, they were all out. Asked for a refund.
