Jimmy John's - South Bend

Restaurant smells terrible. something rotten somewhere inside. Go somewhere else, don't come here. I work very close, the smell has been consistent for over a year.

My husband ordered an Italian sandwich. He didn't know they put mayo, we went back and asked if they can remake it. They did and they were cool with it. Thank you!

Pretty standard Jimmy John's experience. We just wanted to quick bite to hold us over until dinner later. We were in and out really quickly and our sandwich tasted good/like we expected. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location in Eddy Street Commons is unbeatable, at any time of the day or night.

Most of the time good and fast. So I was surprised when I got home to be sold a sandwich used with stale bread. It was really hard to chew and the sandwich ingredients tasted funny. I would know, I get the same thing. I shouldn’t have to try my sandwich at the store to check for good quality. Sadly, my sandwich turned into dog food. Hopefully, workers learn to serve ingredients that they’re known for, good quality sandwiches.

Store closes at 10pm when ND students are out of town.
