Contribuisci feedbackEvery time we come here they are rude. Window says come inside for pick up order but all of the doors are locked. Second time we came and the lobby wasn’t open. We pull up to the drive through order screen and are greater with a “there is at least a 20-30 minute wait” instead of a hello or welcome. We state that we have a pick up order and are told it’s going to be another 12-15 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes for our order to be prepared. We would have just left but the order is already paid for! For the price, long wait, and tiny portions, we should have gone to a sit down restaurant. The guy who brought us our order did apologize. I know staffing is rough and the company should do something to combat that!
Great staff customer service. This was a true LJS with ample Seafood options. I had to wait quite a while, but the food was cooked fresh. The order was accurate delicious. Condiments included. Staff did not include eating utensils.
Great place to eat . Has been a neighborhood staple for many years. Currently it’s still a favorite spot. The crew is awesome and management runs a good shop. Ms Leah the manager is very good at all aspects of managing and works hard. Recommend a visit anytime to this restaurant.
We love Long John Silver. Ordered 8 piece fish and 8 love piece chicken. No sides. Drive up to window $35 plus dollars. Thought it was a mistake. Thought I was charged a meal. Guy said no. This is very expensive! Purchased anyway. Couldn't believe price. ?
Food is good but the service is lacking. Manager that took my order couldn't have been more unpleasant. Okay, got my order asked for a few more cocktail sauces. It was take-out and when I got home to eat we did not get the shrimp or the additional sauces. This was second time in a month that our order was lacking; first order was cold in the short distance it takes to get home. This time it was the lack of customer service and the shortage. I doubt we will be going back to this LJS's. Inflation and lack of customer service not a good combination. Three stars for the food and a minus star for the manager.
