Starbucks - South Bend

I was quite disappointed that on my birthday, the restaurant was closed before I even got off work at 2 PM. I couldn't redeem my birthday reward, which was really frustrating. I didn't want to take a long detour back to Mishawaka or go the longer route to Earth Rd., especially since I usually go to the Starbucks near my home. It was disappointing to lose out on my birthday reward because they closed 8 hours earlier than expected. I enjoy going to this restaurant and have spent a lot of money there in the past.

It’s hit or miss with this place. I really like dieucks, but I won’t be coming back during the day!

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience was just absurd! I waited 45 minutes for my drink in the drive-thru because we thought it would be quicker than going inside. When I got there, there was only one person in front of me.

Every time I come to this Starbucks it takes an unreasonably long time, way longer than any other location. Today I got in the drive thru line and there were only 3 cars in front of me, and I waited for 15 minutes. That's just ridiculous

For $5 bucks a coffee, I don't expect to wait but that's exactly what happened. I get that even starbucks is short staffed but 10 minutes before they took my order is a bit much. It's just one more reason to pass.
