Stage House Inn - South Berwick

I’m the neighbor. I’ve contacted the owners multiple times regarding guests and patrons urinating on the side of our house and in our vegetable gardens, nothing seems to matter. Cameras, lights, snow blower you name it nothing seems to keep people from being disrespectful. Just what we don’t need more of in todays world. Perhaps they should consider putting up a port o potty where my propane tanks were so patrons who can’t hold it have a place to use other than my home.

Fell in love with this place the staff!! Came for a wedding and blown away by the hospitality. The rooms are adorable overall incredible. Bonus points for fantastic water pressure!! I haven't stayed here, and I have no intention of doing so. The blatant disrespect shown towards the local residents around this motel is astonishing. The owners should be ashamed for permitting such chaos to occur in the vicinity of their establishment. Allowing guests to vandalize the property of others by urinating on their homes is unacceptable. It's unbelievable. It's time to raise your standards and attract more respectful customers.

The atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant are fantastic. However, the dessert menu could use some improvement. Notable aspects include the stunning architecture. I’d rate the rooms a 5, the service a 4, and the location a 5. This hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway.
