Domino's Pizza - South Boston

I ordered 3 large pizzas to feed 5 people who were working with me. The pizzas didn’t look large. There was WAY too much crust. Whoever cut them did a terrible job. The pieces looked like a jigsaw puzzle. No even slices at all. I was embarrassed to offer it to my coworkers, but we had been working for 10 hours and needed to eat. Also, a tornado warning came in shortly after the pizza was delivered, so I didn't want to call the store and have them come out in that weather, and we could not leave the office so we were stuck with it.

Great food and staff! Quite impressive how fast our order was ready.My only comment is the app is glitchy and needs fixing BUT THAT IS NOT THE STORE'S PROBLEM therefore I want judge on that at all!

I had a problem with my order and Jason helped out to help calm my mother 's anger. We called Nick the Manager the next day. He was very understanding and gave us a complete order credit. This made My Mother very happy. Thx guys. Parking: Whole parking lot for the strip Kid-friendliness: They even have a spot where the kids can step up and see then making their pizzas. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is available and easy access.

I ordered and paid for my pizza and it took over a half an hour before they realize they haven't made it

We ordered two pizzas and some extra sauce for takeaway, car-side delivery. We followed their instructions on where to park, turning on the hazards and texting the number indicating we were there. Still, we sat for a long time waiting (their guarantee said 2 minutes and we sat there for much longer)
