Gogh Gogh Coffee Lounge - South Brazos

A solid college coffee shop.They offer a lot of space to study or work, good drinks and some variety of food. Not a super polished place, but it’s a comfortable feel and a nice quiet place to get some tasks done with coffee. Plenty of parking around as well.

They tryI can't fault them for trying and the guys working on Sunday mornings are nice. However, they are a bit inconsistent with everything. No fault of the workers, I feel like they want to get things right. I think they just need direction and training. We thought we’d give them a 4th try but showed up again this Sunday and they just aren't prepared. Orders were backed up and they were scrambling to find essentials like napkins, plates and silverware. The cinnamon roll was good, and the coffee was ok.

This has been my go to location to work and study for school for a couple of years. However, they have since taken away a significant amount of seating. I think they are maybe roasting and grinding their own coffee. However, it seems like a huge amount of space they took away for the amount of equipment they currently have.However, the bigger issue at the moment is they are cleaning the equipment and making a lot of noise while I am trying to focus and study. IT isn't towards the end of the day. They started arond 1:30pm. Although I will be back, I am slowly not wanting to return the more uninviting the space becomes.

I'm working on a project in CS and am in town for two weeks per month. I like to visit coffee shops to work in.This is my favorite Gogh Gogh location of the two. It's more chill, not so clean and perfect. Gets busy with students by noon. Lots of tables/seating. Not many outlets, but they do have cords/surge protectors around that you can use. Wifi is nice and strong.I enjoy the lattes and all of the sugar free flavors. I also enjoyed the Italian pesto croissant for lunch. Service has been hit or miss here. A few times I've had to wait for someone to come out. Sometimes the music is super loud. I will go back for sure when
