Kfc - South Bucks

The food is consistently overcooked and bland. I have been there several times and have been disappointed each time. I will not be returning.

I went to the restroom and found no toilet paper, had to wait 10 minutes for it to be replaced. There was also no soap. The only accessible toilet was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Despite this, we had to eat there quickly as we were pressed for time. The food took another 10 minutes to come out, even though we were the only customers in the restaurant - it seems drive thru customers are served much faster. The food was typical KFC fare. My daughter had trouble finding a clean table and settled for a high table against the wall. The tables were dirty, with food remnants stuck in the gaps between them. We would not eat there again. As we left, we discovered a McDonald's just a few hundred yards away.

I needed to meet someone and chose this restaurant for its location. We decided to share some wings as we talked. However, as I waited in the car in a darkened parking lot, I didn't feel safe. I saw rats drinking from the puddles and no one seemed to be going in or out. There were not many drive-through customers either. It's unclear why KFC keeps this outlet open. It doesn't seem to be due to good sales. There may be other reasons for its operation.

Not sure who has responsibility for standards at this place…but they clearly aren’t doing a good job. Poor quality food…..chicken burger cooked to a crisp…..chops old cold and soggy…..no napkins…and no soap in the toilet….I told the staff , they said “ maybe tomorrow”. A food outlet , in a cold flu and Covid spike with no soap. Avoid.

Big queue for food, disgusting toilet with no soap or toilet paper told a member of staff who ignored me, rats in yard we didn’t bother stopping to eat !!!
