Contribuisci feedbackThe service was good, but unfortunately, the food was not as I had hoped. I ordered the Steak Omelet and specifically requested no potatoes. However, it arrived cold and loaded with hash browns. Additionally, it was overcooked and very dry. My partner, who prefers her eggs well-cooked and dry, had also requested hers that way. Despite that, mine was cold as well. The waitress eventually brought her omelet cooked to her specifications after we had received our appetizers. I also asked for extra butter for my three pancakes, but I received only a small amount—definitely not enough. Overall, I don't think this restaurant is worth visiting. The management seems to struggle with fulfilling simple orders correctly. I've attached a photo of my omelet, which came with potatoes as you can see.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our food, and our server seemed new, though that’s not really an excuse since there were four servers on duty and only three families in the restaurant—definitely not busy! To make matters worse, every utensil and cup we received was visibly dirty. It felt like our server was waiting for the last invoice with a tip like a hawk. We spent a total of 45 minutes just sitting there. Regarding the menu, I’d give it 1 star as well. The options were extremely limited—only three appetizers, some omelettes, pancakes, and a few burgers. As for the kitchen, I’d rate that a 3-star. What we did receive looked boiled and met basic food safety standards, but overall, it was lackluster. It also seemed like the servers struggled to manage customer orders effectively. I won’t be returning.
I received my food at 8:30, and there were only six other customers in the restaurant. Despite that, I noticed at least 12 different staff members working. I ordered my steak medium rare, but after waiting an hour and a half, it arrived overcooked to the point of being shredded. They also forgot my eggs and pancakes, which were supposed to come with the meal. I sent my steak back and mentioned that...
I work nearby, so I usually run by to eat something at least weekly. I've never been mad at the quality of the food itself, but this place has to stop providing curbsid pickup if they have no intention of ever bringing it out. I would also recommend checking your togo order before leaving because 9 times from 10 they leave a product.
20 minutes for drink order and an hour waiting for food that was cold. Service was really bad but the manager was very polite and understanding. The staff carried dirty trays that dripped all over our newborn baby and we had to stir hot coffee with our fingers. If it weren't for the manager I would not return
