O'charley's Restaurant Bar

That was the worst service I ever had. The waitress was very bad when we asked for something, it took 20 minutes to get it. I order chopped steak. The hamburger with the salty gravel, the meat had no taste. After two bites, I sent my record back. The manager came to the table and offered me a hamburger. WTH. Then they gave me an invoice for $3,20 for a drink I didn't drink. I'm asking the manager, we waited 20 minutes. So I just wanted to pay for the drink, finally our waitress came back and said it's just a drink that doesn't worry.

This restaurant was terrible. The host refused to let us sit in the bar. He said the girl just started moving. He had to take her a break. So we sat at a dirty table. Our waiter VJ was great!. Political and top. The food was old and disgusting. Dishes were sloppy and creepy. Will not be back and will not recommend.

I ordered $61 worth eating it was an hour and 40 minutes late not Uber driver mistake. The two baked potatoes were not even cooked, they could not put a fork in them, and the items that should be hot or cold and the cold items were hot. 10 years since I've eaten at O'Charley's, it'll be another 10 years before I try to be very disappointed again. I went from a star to a four-star even with all the mess-ups after the manager Tom called and heard and understood my complaints. He's a very nice guy I'm sure he cares about the problems, and I'll try O'Charley's again and post it back.

The food was good! There was little waiting time and my server was excellent! I recommend getting a $4 Margarita! The bartender definitely did a fantastic job. Come on!

First and last time trying this place. Was greeted by our waitress who reeked of cigarette smoke. Ordered an appetizer of spinach artichoke dip. Was told it was ?coming out now? just to be told a minute later they were out of it. Waitress comes back to say that they just made some up and asked if we still wanted some. I said no since our food should have been out any minute, yet she misunderstood and brought it out anyways. Asked for salsa-extra salsa, and I get a tiny cup. Ordered the Fish and Chips which says on the description ? a GENEROUS portion of hand battered fish? and this is what I received. Table in front of us had issues as well and had to get the manager involved.
