Pizza Hut - South Charleston

I will only give it a 3 star for their stuffed crust pizza that I always order. I love their stuffed crust, possibly because it gets sold more often it tastes fresher since they need to keep making more. But their regular pizzas taste old, and I keep getting uncooked boneless wings 100% of the time. I wish y’all would do better.

Service is great food is normally good. This time our peppers didn't taste good.

Did not get the order correct. No sauce on the pizza. Did not put on toppings and the mozzarella was burnt. Barley warm when we picked it up and we were in the 20 min quote time

Top of pizza box was smashed onto pizza which caused some of the cheese to stick. Overall service was speedy (we got our food a lot quicker than the app stated we would). Good was tasty and warm.

Friendly manager and above and beyond customer service.
