Contribuisci feedbackSo I just ordered at Qdobas and noticed they aren 't even filling the bowls up anymore. I made the comment to the lady and she said 'no, we aren 't '. Really? I 'm paying for it so why am I not getting what I paid for? Guess I 'll have to find another place for lunch :
I went in and immediately noticed a line. I thought maybe it was just a rush. No. They had five people, and only one worked on the front. I saw the other 4 people, but three of them went to the back so they didn't have to work. The manager didn't seem to be interested. I'm not back. That's the 5th time it happened in two months. Not this particular situation, but this kind of service.
Terrible service. Five people worked and only one worked the line. All the others hid in the middle of a rush. The manager cleaned the floor and helped some on the checkout, but did?t really do something to correct the service. This is about the third time that has happened in so many weeks. They don't seem to care or want to be here.
The tables and the floor were not clean. The portion size was barely moderate as they wanted to pierce me, although there was no line and only another customer in the food @3:45pm). I gave it a chance, but like to return to Chipotle to exaggerate before I spend money back here in Qdoba.
The staff went beyond and beyond to help me. My children and I stopped eating and my hands were full as they are and the staff helped me take the food to my table. They were very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and didn't make it take us a few minutes to find out what we wanted.
