Songkran Thai - South Daytona

This was one of the best meals I've ever had, and that's quite a statement coming from a 44-year-old foodie like me. The restaurant was immaculate, the service was outstanding, and the chef is a true genius—he even came to our table! We tried the wonton soup, pad Thai, and Thai iced tea, and we ordered five dishes, each one better than the last. I honestly think their prices are incredibly low, perhaps reflecting pricing from the '90s. I absolutely loved it and highly recommend it!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is spacious, warm, and welcoming, almost as if you're visiting an upscale home. The staff and owners are very friendly, greeting us upon arrival and thanking us as we left. We were pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness and variety of the menu, featuring many different types of curries and entrees that you won’t find elsewhere. I ordered the shrimp mango curry, and it was fantastic. I also tried their green curry, which was equally excellent and quite spicy. I highly recommend their summer rolls and spring rolls too; the peanut sauce and plum sauce that accompany them are delightful. Overall, this is the best Thai restaurant I have ever visited. Be sure to try the curry when you come here. P.S. They are very accommodating for vegetarians and vegans.

In my opinion, this is the best Thai restaurant in Volusia County. Sue is an incredible cook and a truly wonderful person—very humble as well. It's been a little while since I last dined here, but I plan to return soon. My favorite dish is the Pad See Ew. I want to emphasize that for over 30 years, the food has consistently been amazing. The Thai chili is fantastic! I apologize for the mix-up with the flag; I've corrected it. I really don't understand why this restaurant isn't rated 5 stars—it definitely deserves it!

Some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Our family shared 3 different curries because these were the ones we saw on their online menu and we ordered out. You have a more complete menu in the restaurant that looks like it has all standards and favorites. We visit the area quite often and this place will now be one of our gothic places. We stand for the years coming to Daytona and not eating here.

This is my all time favorite Thai restaurant. Every time I am here I always get the coconut soup. The wait staff was very professional. The owner Su came out and was very warm, inviting, and friendly. I highly recommend you give this restaurant a try, you will not be disappointed.
