He asked me to talk to the owner, he refused to call me another hole. At some point, she talked to the manager, said she'd take care of it. Went back months later and shocked he is still there!!! Says a lot about how they see their customers. Avoid this through pricing. Go to the Dennis Public Market.
Excellent wine boxes. Many decisions at a reasonable price. Unique gifts selection and packed snacks. meat and products for the demanding palate at a reasonable price level. Stay here and never leave empty hand.
Nice looking business. The layout leaves a little to be desired. Things are not logically placed. We had to run the whole store to find the items we wanted. The fish market is very limited and the staff is not very friendly. Since you are known in a New England area for seafood, the choice on this fish market was limited and expensive. But in a tourist area, they can calculate these prices. It is a beautiful shop and has an appropriate selection for a visitor to Cape Cod.
Store has very nice appearance, but that is where it ends. Layout is not shopper friendly. Enge Aisles at odd angles, hard to navigate. Prices are high compared to other supermarkets. The staff was not friendly at all. asked first cashier where hot coffee was, barely waved me towards coffee bar. At the checkout, 2nd checkout said no word to me. I gave her a friendly warning about the hot coffee cup she wanted to scan, and she didn't recognize me at all. Just rude. I wouldn't buy back here. If you run a store that makes it money during the holiday season, it is bad to be rude and management should know better.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, the meat and marinated meats are great. Some of the best produce around, much better than Shaw's or stop and shop. You may pay a little bit more but it's worth it.
