I had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks location with an unprofessional team. I had placed an online order at 9:33 pm, and the app indicated that I could pick it up at the front counter. However, when I arrived at 9:35 pm, the door was already closed. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the drive-thru. It was disappointing to see that the staff did not respect the pick-up time indicated by the app, and even when they saw me waiting at the front door, they did not offer any assistance.
I have been frequenting this Starbucks daily ever since it opened, but I consistently encounter issues with the same employee, MARCO. Despite my efforts to communicate my order clearly, MARCO consistently gets it wrong or mixes up orders. He often gives other customers the wrong order and displays a lack of attention to detail. His attitude is consistently poor, and he lacks basic customer service and people skills. I have observed other customers experiencing similar frustrations with MARCO. His behavior is unprofessional and makes for a negative experience for customers. I do not recommend visiting this Starbucks while MARCO is working, as his poor service and attitude can ruin the entire experience.
I want to give a shout out to Grankarlo at Starbucks. He was very patient with our order and prepared an incredible passion tea mix that tasted great! He even asked about our preference for sweetness in the drink. Grankarlo has a fantastic attitude and is an incredible worker with a great smile. I wasn't a big Starbucks fan before, but thanks to Grankarlo's amazing service, I will definitely be coming back for more of their delicious and refreshing drinks!
