Panera Bread - South Elgin

BEWARE there was a bad tornado occurring yesterday that was active near the location and Once everyone saw the tornado heading this way The “ Manager” Edwin thinking this is a joke and pulls his phone out and records the tornado instead of telling everyone they need to evacuate and go to a SAFE AREA i will never come back to this location and i will also be in contact with the establishments corporation.

I have nothing but great things to say about Panera. I meet people, my customers, at several Panera. This Panera is one of my favorites, great service.

$13.50 for 2 had pieces of bread and a tiny bit of roast beef. The photo with beef on both pieces is exactly as it was served, I didn't touch it! Put all the meat on the smaller piece of bread and made a small sandwich with a little beef. Manager told me, that's the correct amount, nothing he could do. WHAT A JOKE! $10 PORTILLOS BIG BEEF RULES! F PANERA, THEY STEAL MONEY.

This is a newer one for me and chairs uncomfortable, music too loud and poor insulation bc no rugs to help w sounds. Didn't stay as long as we wanted. Wish they had a quiet room like Woodstock does.

Sadly, waited 30 min for simple things like grilled cheese and soup. Cashier didn't know how to ring up the transaction. Guess no one here is trained properly.
