Potbelly - South Elgin

This restaurant serves delicious sandwiches in a clean environment. The staff is always friendly, and the place is well-maintained. Kids receive generous portion sizes and often take half of their sandwich to school. The shakes are quite tasty, and we especially love the brownie cookies. It's located near Panda, right before Best Buy. Overall, the food is great, and the atmosphere is spotless.

I occasionally visit Potbelly, and the food is usually quite good. However, this time it was outstanding. The staff who prepared the sandwiches did an excellent job, using plenty of fresh ingredients and creating a well-made meal. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place six stars, I absolutely would! I ordered sandwiches for an event and accidentally provided the wrong address (totally my mistake), but they went above and beyond to make it work. The event turned out to be a success, thanks to the excellent food and outstanding customer service. They are definitely my top choice!

Sandwich was fine, soup was good. Has my belly after about an hour, though...

Went to get quick dinner and ordered BLTA and the bacon was raw brought it up to counter and ask is this normal for bacon to be raw and still giggling. No response I ask for new crispy bacon and they said no. I threw it out left won’t go back. Horrible service and no trained manager on duty.
