Contribuisci feedbackI dont understand how this place can still be opperating! Where is the Territory Operator! I threw out my two soft shell tacos in dumpster, they were disgusting! Garbage outside building--signs all over saying pay by credit card or exact change cuz they are short on change. Help wanted signs everywhere--no napkin in bag and I reached in bag for taco and it wasnt even wrapped--taco very runny, only couple pieces of luttuce and cheese. Took 2 bites threw it all out.
This is a grilled cheese and steak burrito. Paid $10 for this a a taco- there is one piece of steak. Food is ice cold. Took a bite into cheese and sour cream. Had to actually open it to see if there was any meat on it. This was disgusting. The fountain drink tasted like the lines are bad. Can’t even drink it. Do better. Won’t go back here
The place was filthy. My feet stuck to the floor, they didn't fill any silverware and condiments, the poor manager was working alone. There was cups on the floor behind the counter, and water in a puddle. It wasn't the managers fault she needs help. She gave me a pop because I waited 30 minutes. I had to walk in to get my food.
I am currently in shock after the way I was treated at this Taco Bell location. After placing a online order I showed up and was forced to go inside by a rude employee. I then go inside to get my order and am yelled at to go fill up my own drink again by the same lady. Once I got my order I noticed stuff was missing from my order and she proceeded to tell me it was. When I told her she was incorrect she began to once again scream at me calling me names and making a big deal out of her mistake. The other employees also decided to get involved and pointed at me laughing. No customer deserves to be treated disrespectfully, especially when the mistake was made by the restaurant. It is disappointing that Taco Bell would stoop to such a low level of customer service. This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect for customers and their business, and it is something that should not slide. So Taco Bell South Elgin… no matter how many employees you have, that’s no excuse for this behavior. I hope your manager does something about this and finds better employees to represent the business. I will not be returning to this location after this terrible experience I had being treated so poorly. Do better!!! (This review should be zero stars.
This is the taco bell I frequent on my lunch breaks, which I stall my lunch break until noon specifically to go to. They're closed during work hours or start late frequently due to their shortage of staffing, which I think they should just get paid more or hire on another team member to keep the location operating or to extend the hours of operation. I've only had issues with getting my order in a timely matter once in the last 2 years I've been coming, and overall I'd say the poor reviews for this location have been one-off scenarios that aren't frequent. My food orders always come out tasty, and when they're a little messy it's easy to chalk it up to the fact that fast food workers are often working very hard and are thrusted unrealistic expectations, regardless of the franchises workflow optimizations. Overall I wish they were open longer, I'd come more often
