Panera Bread - South Euclid

I got a salad it wasnt what I was expecting i tried a new one I didnt really care for it

After ordering RPU at 9:41 am I did not receive my full order until 10:15 am now I have cold food! Watching multiple customers being served before me is not pleasant! You will never get money again from me Panera I do not pay that much for cold food

The food was good. However, the cashier did not have a pleasant attitude

Waited here for 15 mins at the counter. Staff was really rude and didn’t take orders even after we asked them. Had to leave the panera without ordering any food.

If you’re a delivery person they don’t care about your time, they made me waste 40 minutes because they accepted an order 20 minutes before they opened but didn’t start preparing it til the store opened. That makes no sense! Why would you not start prep so it would be ready when you opened? It seems pretty selfish and inconsiderate to me. I’m never giving this location business
