The decor is terrible and has not been updated since the 1980s. With the large number of Mexican restaurants in the area, it should be easy for the owner to learn how to prepare better quality food. I didn't like the place at all!
I was always there, then the father died. Since then, prices have doubled and the shares have halved. Service is not what it was earlier, and there was no new facility in years. Overall, I fealtish like I was robbed in a very poor area!
I used to be here when I was younger and got a lot at a good price. I went there two months ago and shared a disappointment with my friend. It was good, but when we got the bill, we realized we were charged for the chips. You didn't tell us we had to pay the chips. Not only was I disturbed to pay for them, but they also stayed together and soggy. Another thing is that the service was low quality. We had to wait until the food came to refill. I'll go back, but not long. And next time, I'll tell them they don't give me any chips.
This restaurant is one of the best for Mexican American food, in this part of the Country. I lived in Austin Texas where my daddy is from and all there Mexican restaurants are good. There is a difference in Mexican Food and American Mexican food. Mexican Food is very bland, as in tasteless. These Mexicans are from Mexico and the food there is made a lot different than American Mexican food.
This restraunt is really spectacular. Everything about it was top notch. Great service and the atmosphere is really nice
