What's particularly frustrating is that payment is deducted quickly from your card, but you end up waiting for food that will never arrive. Overall, I would rate the service as 1, the food as 1, and the atmosphere as 1.

The experience has changed significantly; now, they limit your spending and require you to order and pay before you can settle in. You can’t help but miss the previous management, as it no longer feels comfortable to stay here.

I used to frequent this restaurant, but during my visit today, I found out that you have to place your order at the window before getting a table. Some customers were left waiting outside due to the limited space between the door and the window. Moreover, they had run out of several items on the menu. I'm not sure if there’s a new owner, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here in the future.

We waited 30 to 40 minutes for our order, while a couple who arrived after us received their four pupusas before us. It felt unfair, especially since we had been waiting so long. The waitress didn’t acknowledge that we were first in line and seemed unconcerned about the mix-up. I understand that mistakes happen, but it’s important to take responsibility for them. The way this situation was handled compelled me to share my thoughts in this review.
