I really think Little Caesars should hire more friendly staff and ensure they have pizzas readily available. I definitely don't want to come back, and I can imagine many others will feel the same way given the quality of service. It seems to me that the staff finds their job challenging, but that shouldn't excuse their rudeness. Regular pizzas are rarely available, and even the managers are unhelpful. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. The "hot and ready" promise is simply not true here, so if you're looking for quick service and fresh pizzas, I suggest you look elsewhere.
The service was exceptionally slow, and it seemed like nothing was ready when we arrived. The wait times were incredibly long, and nothing was served hot or fresh, which was quite disappointing. It was frustrating to witness, and it was clear that there was a problem with the system, as there seemed to be a complete lack of food coming out of the kitchen.
I believe the restaurant should prioritize hiring friendly staff and making sure that pizzas are ready when they say they will be. I really don't want to come back, and I suspect many others share my feelings about the subpar customer service. It's hard to understand why they struggle with basic tasks like having pizzas prepared ahead of time, especially when the managers appear unfriendly. The "hot and ready" promise just isn’t fulfilled here, so if you’re seeking quick service, I suggest looking for another option.
The food was fresh and delicious, but make sure to double-check your order since items often go missing. I had the stuffed crust pizza, cheesy bread, and brownies—everything was fantastic!
