Contribuisci feedbackI understand that it takes times to make drinks specially this early in the morning. What I don’t understand is why is your lobby closed when you have a full staff inside? Yet it takes over 10 minutes to grab your MOBILE order that was placed 15 minutes before you left your home. Why offer in store pick up and have your lobby close? Very unsatisfactory.
I really like the customer service, very friendly staff, top service.
Never coming here again. I always give them the benefit of doubt because I understand the drinks don’t always come out the same, but when they charge you for caramel and they don’t add any is cruel. They shouldn’t charge for caramel if they are gonna “forget” to add it.
Went through drive thru and Jenny helped me out. She was very friendly when taking my order. I was out of the line in less than 3 mins. She was very professional and made my morning. Definitely will be coming back. Love their energy .
Ordered ahead on the app so I could pick up quickly, but when I got there the lobby was closed with a sign saying to go through the drive thru. It's absolutely ridiculous to go through a 25 minute drive thru just to pick up an order that I had already placed and paid for. Very disappointed.
