Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a side salad and a piece of an actual root of some kind was inside, it was MUDDY and wet!! it was super nasty to stay the least. didn?t go back to the restaurant to say something bc they are rude and always in a hurry and i didn?t want another salad. waba doesn?t properly sanitize their food!!
The lady at the counter was so nice. There was only one person in line so we didn't wait long to order but then it got busy and there was only two people working there. One cooking and one cashier. Our order took about 15-20 minutes!! I felt bad because they cashier was taking orders and also packing the food and helping the cook. These companies/management really don't care about their employees. I've been in that situation and it's frustrating. Do better
I really like waba grill but I?ll skip this location now. Orders are incomplete, not the most freidnly staff.
I went in to get a salmon plate and three chicken bowels the salmon tasted rotten the smell was so bad I called to let them know that there product was bad not asking for a refund and the girl on the phone saying she cannot do nothing for me because am not there returning the plate I don?t want no credit back I called to inform you that your products taste like s... on top of that she wants to have an attitude over the phone horrible customer service and the place was filthy and the grills looked so dirty and there cutting board LAST TIME HERE Before catch salmonella.
I did a mobile order for this location. I let them know I came to pick up and the cashier just ignored me, I stood waiting for at least 10min, thinking maybe its not ready yet, but after another 5min of waiting I had enough and asked again for my food, she then apologized and gave me my food that was sitting on the side of her register. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN, and to top it off my order was wrong. NEVER AGAIN
