Char Koon - South Glastonbury

The restaurant is not there, but it continues to operate even after I confirmed that I am not there.

I have eaten at Charkoon for so long, now is the food to go and it is absolutely fantastic Charkoon special noodles if you? ve never tries to try the Beijing dumplings other thumbs on traditional dishes such as General Sal?s chicken are absolutely fantastic, but my personal favorites is their chicken fried rice and a chicken satay these things absolutely fantastic and classic egg rolls that do not say that

The flavors in these dishes were lacking. The curry was watery and disappointing. The only standout dish was the Satay. It's a shame that the quality has declined so much since the restaurant's earlier years.

Consistently good Chinese food. Just take it out right now.

I?ve been getting takeout from char Koon since 2006. I?ve placed the order over the phone and spoke directly to someone who works there every time. The past several times the order has not been good. I wanted to give them a chance due to the pandemic and maybe correct the mistakes when I specifically asked for certain things in the order. Today like most days I ordered the orange chicken with extra vegetables and pork fried rice. I did not receive any vegetables and it looked like someone had eaten my takeout food already. I think I?m going to have to give up on char Koon. I don?t know what?s happening to anyone out there where can I get a decent chicken with rice and vegetables? Thank you
