There are large displays with detailed information, and we appreciate being able to use our ticket again for the next year. There is plenty of free parking available. The cafe offers a great selection of hot and cold food with excellent service. The gift shop has a wide variety of gifts, but they are quite expensive. It would be nice to see more affordable souvenirs for children. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back.
The museum is very interesting and has plenty to entertain children. There are some amazing exhibits, particularly the Concorde which is fantastic. The other exhibits also showcase the history of air travel, with a focus on local contributions which is significant. The employees and volunteers were fantastic and very knowledgeable, with some having even worked on the Concorde.
Our visit to the restaurant was quite interesting. The highlight was the impressive Concorde exhibit, which has its own hangar and displays. The other exhibits showcase the history of Bristol aircraft from the boxkite to the Airbus 380. While more complete aircraft would enhance the experience, they are constantly working on restoration in their hangar.
Beautiful walk around a decent collection of aircraft. concord was the best piece to go in. they also have a rare aston martin next to concord.
Lush day out yesterday with the crew. Surprised how much the girls enjoyed this. Very involved with the fact finder and clock challenges. Beautifully laid out inside with lots of interactive activities dotted around. The staff are all lovely and very helpful and the restaurant and food was fab too. Xx
