Coffee#1 - South Gloucestershire

You finally get to the front of the queue but all you are doing is ordering and paying, and then you have to wait again, and for an even longer time, for your coffee. Frustrating. The coffee, surroundings and cake were fine, but this is a fairly ordinary cafe.

Fabulous service as ever by staff that are really enjoying to make the best cuppa for you. Well done.

I visit coffee one multiple times a week. The service is friendly and the coffee is superb, and consistently so. I can't fault it.

I have a coffee here at least 4 times a week and the service can be slow but always friendly. Coffee quality better than the bigger chains.
