I ordered some pizzas online and waited over an hour. When I went into the store, I was told they were busy. The guy behind the counter, named Florin, just laughed when I complained. The behavior was absolutely disgusting. They offered a refund but said it would take several working days. I do not recommend ordering from this branch as they clearly lack customer service. It's a shame that I can't give them negative stars.

I ordered a pizza and it took one and a half hours to arrive. When I tried calling the restaurant, they didn't answer the phone, making it seem like they were purposely avoiding customers. It's clear that this place needs new management and staff.

The customer service is absolutely shocking. I complained after waiting for a little pizza for an hour. then they canceled my order because of my complaint. the driver sat outside in the car until they have canceled my order and departed. that's the second time that this two-way was reported. I rang as I was waiting over mins for food. When the phone was FINALLY answered I was met by a bloke who told me “it’s a Friday night this is how busy we usually are” which I think is fine but if I’m...waiting so long and keep having to ring for my food and keep getting the same excuse it doesn’t sit well with me.
