Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar Bristol

Good value, good service, and really tasty food. The noise level gets a bit crazy if it's someone's birthday but I can live with that when the food is tasty and the staff seemed to care about their job and make sure you are OK and look after you.

We sat down and it took 25 minutes for someone to ask for our drinks, then came the 50 minute wait for our mains and lets not start about the prices £6.80 for what was probably a £2 cookie shoved in the microwave! Im absolutely appauled at how F&B has gone down hill and has simply become so overpriced that i will not returning. Staff were ignorant and rude as well, never wanting to take our order and when trying to ask for the bill just kept cleaning tables in a near enough empty restaurant!

Good food and quick service despite being a very busy Saturday evening. Only gripe was that the Happy Birthday music was a bit LOUD!!

Great atmosphere, the service was 10/10 was served but a lovely young lady called lily. Made my kids really happy and made my life easier helping them decide. Defo recommended will be back! Thank you lily
